Coil Confidential is an immersive professional education experience created by Yene Damtew and Jamal Edmonds. Designed for stylists working behind the chair, the event focuses on elevating the artistry, technical foundation, and client experience of textured hair professionals, understanding that the salon is the root of culture.

The program blends live demonstrations and collaborative discussions to strengthen both technical excellence and salon culture.

The goal is to equip stylists with the skills, confidence, and systems needed to deliver exceptional results and build thriving businesses.
